Excellent tent
I love this tent for a few reasons, it's lightweight and easily and quickly put up, the groundsheet attached to tent works brilliant. I used the tent for the first time on a 3 day motorcycle trip and it was excellent, first night was quite wet and tent held up perfectly. Spacious tent also helps with keeping all my gear inside. The only bad point is the pegs, they are aluminium but they are very small, I bent 1 and broke the top part off another, no idea how. I actually binned the pegs before I left camp.I'm going to upgrade the pegs and the guy ropes for more easily seen items.Overall 9 out of 10, just let down by cheap pegs.

Lightweight, ideal for summer bike touring either for one or two people.
Easy to pitch as well thought out with pole system. This tent is very light weight, it is only marginally heavier than my single man tent and very quick and easy to pack down. Stuff sack is a fair size for the tent. It fits easily on my cycle rack taking up no more room than single man tent. It has two porches on either side. Although not huge i used one to stow my ortileb panniers. It did this well leaving other porch for access. Easily sleeps two. I pitched it in the Garden for a week, it rained a good few nights but it did not leak at any time. Toured round Arran with it on my bike for a few days with no issues. Only thing i would say is that outer tent ties onto poles. The ties look ok but i would not use it outwith summer in scotland, just a personal thing but for my use of cycle touring from late spring and summer in Scotland it was ideal.

Very good!
Very easy to set up and put down, comfortably fits 2 adults. Bought this for myself and my fiancé we tried it out in the garden first, then on a campsite, all was great. Very much recommend.

Really good, spacious, two man tent
For a budget tent this is really, really good. The double y pole system pops itself together almost like magic, the clips that connect the inner to the pole have a nice, positive twist-to-lock action, and putting the fly over the top is about as simple as it possibly could be. Having a footprint supplied as part of the package is a nice bonus. There’s plenty of space for one and adequate for two, with the porches a bonus for storing kit. It somehow manages to quadruple the volume of my previous tent while being lighter and easier to put up.The pegs are very effective but I found them hard to push in, if your hands aren’t a lot tougher than mine you’ll need some sort of tool (I used the base of my bike pump.)On a breezy night at around 10 degrees c I found this tent a pretty cold sleep compared to my previous one. This will partly be due to the increased volume, but I think that it could do with a slightly longer fly sheet that gets closer to the ground and/or a taller ground sheet to reduce drafts. Also there were fewer pegs supplied than you would need to fully peg out the tent and all the guys.

Excellent for the money
Have had this tent for a couple of years now, so consider this a long-term road test. While not the absolute lightest on the market, unless you're doing 2 weeks of 30-milers this is fine for almost every backpacking scenario. I've also never needed the groundsheet, and that includes January on Dartmoor. In terms of sturdiness, my 11yr old son and I spent a night on Pen-y-Fan in 70 mph gusts and, despite the tent flexing to the point the panels were touching my nose (novel experience), there was not a single tear in the morning; just an ex-Para in a bivvy who'd taken shelter in the lee side overnight and who admitted, even by Para standards, it had been a 'bit blowy'.Lots of little details like the loft and pouches that others have mentioned, and that make solo hiking that much easier. V quick up and down, although I've yet to put up alone in a real blow, but I have done it in the dark. I guess if you're putting it up in the absolute pissing rain, you might want the groundsheet so you can get the outer up first.Basically, £500-600 tent for £150. Certainly enough for weekend moor stompers like me, or 2 weeks in the Pyranees. And if you're thru-hiking the AT or PCR you won't be relying on Amazon reviews as you'll be too busy dehydrating bananas and weighing your sunglasses.Edit: if I have any small complaint, the 'porch' space is quite small, so if you need to leave more than boots and Bergen outside the inside, may be an issue. I just put anything extra that's wet or dirty in a drybag and clip it round a pole outside. It won't get any drier or cleaner but it's not like the porch is a laundry/drier either.

Used mine on mountain camps
I’ve had this for some time now and I have to say that the pack size and weight are very good for such a high quality and robust tent!It stays bright inside for longer as it’s white and strong and thin material.I have used in high winds and in cold weather but it’s by no means a winter tent. More like a 3 seasons style. But if your sleep system is good then it can be pushed.

Lightweight, great quality, spacious and super easy to set up. LOVE it!
This is a truly superb tent. It's lightweight, well-designed, incredibly easy to set up, and surprisingly spacious inside. I love that it has two large doors either side that open up to allow fresh air through the tent, while allowing you to appreciate the landscape around you. Most importantly, my girlfriend had a great night's sleep in it and she gives it two thumbs up. Everyone's happy.Money very well spent.
