These were very easy to set up, simple plugged the usb into my computer and connected right away. The sound quality is great as well very clear. Being able to remove the mic is great so you don’t have in your field of view all the time. The button layout allows you to change settings quickly and efficiently. The LED lights in it are an added bonus. All in all great set of headphone.

Was working for some weeks but after that stopped working, I sent it back and no problem with that.

This black shark 2.4ghz Wireless Gaming Headset for PC and other compatible devices is great I have little to no complaints. the sound quality when playing high stake games when listening really matters is amazing. although the mic quality when used wirelessly isn’t so great but the sound quality is still top tier nonetheless when plugged in sounds crystal clear and is really high quality I wish the lead was longer because sometimes it struggles to reach the pc from were I’m sat. But I would highly recommend because it’s amazing for its price

no problem conecting to the ps5. shame no one can hear me when im in game chat. also if i connect the mic on the headset would just randomly switch off.

Been using it a while. The only issue is the ba3 doesn’t last as long but lasts up to 5hrs with the lights and up to 7hrs of gaming without the lights and the might is clear and the fuctions for the mic works perfectly

Would not connect to Ps4, when it did connection would drop and headset would not work.

If these didn't have the option to plug in an audiojack they would be next to worthless right now. Bluetooth still works fine in both headphones and dongle, that is apart from the fact they won't connect to each other and when I tried to get online support I was told it wasn't available to me due to not ordering them directly from black shark. They were fine for about 4-5 months then they stopped connecting to the dongle. Won't be buying any more of their products for as long as I live and nor will I ever recommend or take any recommendations to do so.

Know that the 4 star rating for sound quality should not be a deterrent. You just aren't going to get $300-400 headset sound for <$100. BUT... for what these cost, they are amazing. They sound just a little 'hollow' to me. I had TWO sets of Turtle Beach wireless headphones prior to this and they both failed in a very short period of time.I've had these for a couple of months now I think and have been super happy.Here are the pros and cons...Pros:Amazing price (buy two and keep a backup)Very good sound qualityExcellent battery lifeSimple wireless connection to PS4. Plug in the dongle and turn on the headset.Comfortable muffsRemovable mic. If you're playing solo, why have it in the way?Cons:Sound is a little 'hollow'. But that's possibly my ears and prior headset usage leading me to interpret based on prior experience. Don't NOT buy because of this.
