this isn't anything like a prescription anxiety medication, but it helps ease light everyday stress. If I feel myself getting stressed at work, I put a dropperful in my tea. It does calm me and makes me feel better.

I don't understand how this works. It just does. I take pain medication so I have to be careful when adding a new medicine. Some mornings when it's really early and pain won't let me rest, the blues start to envelope my brain and there is not a single good thing to think about, I reach for this little bottle of calm. It's a mystery.
