Jesus, Lord of all is over my bed. My buddy has one in his front room as well, and he loves his too. Everyone who sees it makes a comment on it.I was a lost atheist for what felt like forever years ago when I lost my way, but even after finding and reading almost every reason under the sun not to believe in God I knew somewhere deep down inside that there was a higher power that I couldn't explain, and neither could science. Things like Origin, Meaning, Morality, and Destiny. Science can't tell you those things. Without Jesus what do we really have? 80 years and then the grave? Is that all there is to life. Jesus promised Eternal life when He said in John 10:10. "I have come that they may have life, and life more abundantly". He also claimed in John 14:6 to not just teach the way...but to BE the way the truth and the life, and that no man cometh unto the father but by Him. The words of Jesus speak to me like no other..and I can show from the bible that He was prophesied about many times and in many ways that are beyond chance. Just start with Isiah 52:13 through the end of chapter 53 as a start. We also know Daniel Prophesied that the Messiah had to come before the Temple was destroyed..which happened in 70A.D. JUST after Jesus had come and died for our sins. These are things we can test. So I don't have all of the answers...I can't prove God Exists on a whiteboard or in a microscope...well...unless you take DNA which is a language billions of strands long ...which is absolutely impossible.... to be proof of God....or A huge explosion called the big bang which was supposed to have come out of nothing into tons of things...but not just chaos...but order comes out of this chaos....which goes COMPLETELY against the law of thermodynamics that says everything is running down and getting older...NOT better...which is why most mutations kill life...and don't make it stronger or better....well then you might see God in there. But I can't prove Jesus is who He claimed to be for absolute certain.....But faith is not to have a perfect knowledge...but enough evidence to make the leap. With the evidence we do have...His prophesies...Evidence for his resurrection...I trust Him...I hope in Him. He spoke like no man ever spoke....and he clearly outlined our problem as humans, our hearts desire for sin, and His solution for that.This Tapestry is made from a painting created by a women named Akiane who at the time was a young girl of 8. It's her look into the man called Christ Jesus from Nazareth. I'm unashamed to say I love Him and hope one day that He will say the same to me.
