Bad experience- only received the sides. Manufacturer number disconnected
Only the arm parts of the chair delivered. When contacting AMZ they say to contact manufacturer. Contacted BestMassage at the number on site and the number is disconnected. Very scary for product so expensive. Amz could not fix on first or second call. Can't refund until shipped back, can't order printing label due to technical difficulties. Waiting for AMZ to call back to fix this mess.
