Good price
It snatches my waist. I love it!! 💗 pretty good price as well! Recommend getting it. I sue it around the house and gym.

Just a basic wrap
Not really worth it. It's just a really long one piece wrap. I admit the material is thick and strong so you can wrap it around you as tight as you want. But I didn't really think this was worth it. Keeping it because I want to avoid the hassle of returning it.

Doesn't stay secure
This particular waist trainer is not stable. It moves a lot and eventually comes completely off despite the velcro. You would have to put it on and then lay completely still all day for it to stay intact. It's very uncomfortable and fits when you first put it on.. until it doesn't.

Nice product for a beginner
The material is very stretchy and pretty comfortable. There's a lot of material so it fits for a lot of sizes and multiple velcro spots so you can adjust the tightness easily. As a beginner I would wear something underneath because you can sweat a bit and it can get uncomfortable. Until you get the hang of wrapping it, sometimes there is a bit of fabric bunching or it looks lopsided but with practice it looks a bit better.

Better than other wraps I’ve tried.
Watch the description video because this wrap is LONG and I initially put it on wrong. After figuring out the correct way to use it, I like it much better than other wraps/waist trainers I’ve tried. There’s so much stretch which offers completed coverage.

Hard to get it right first time, but supportive!
This being the first wrap-style waist trainer I have used, I was not entirely sure what to expect. When I received the product and removed it from the bag, I was met with a VERY long piece of wide elastic with an elastic loop across one end and a velcro patch along the other but NO instructions. There is no common sense way to put this on except to create a loop by pulling the velcro end through the loop on the other end and then start wrapping. This can be frustrating to try and work out when you have multiple yards of material now flapping around as you wrap around your body only to find out you have wrapped it incorrectly. This is made especially annoying by the loose end being the one with the hook part of the hook and eye closure (velcro) and therefore grabbing onto anything it senses nearby (bedcovers, loose hairs or fur, etc.) while you figure this out. Once you have fully wrapped your mid-section and hooked the closure, make sure to move around a bit and see if it is holding all of the areas you want it to, while giving you enough freedom of movement to make it worthwhile. After getting this thing on, I am less inclined to take it off for quite a while and so am using it to get housework done, walk the dog, and do my daily workouts. It can provide great back support and remind you constantly to work on your posture without wrenching those shoulders back like many posture-correctors on the market. It can help you keep those core muscles tight, warmed up , and engaged when doing workouts and throughout the day, and I'm sure that it can help with shaping underneath clothes (though it is not as sleek as shapewear and will show the bumps where the material overlaps through thin fabrics). Overall, the widened strap helps to prevent the material from rolling and digging in to the skin. The elastic material so far is strong and provides great and consistent resistance. And once you get used to putting it on (I'm still not quite there yet) it can be a simple addition to complement your day or workout routine.
