I was sceptical before buying as the design/simplicity appealed but wasn't sure whether item would be a step above a traditional head shaver. Have so far only used item twice but am very impressed with result. The plactic adjustable cut length attachment is (understandably) hard plactic so takes getting used to but the ease of use/result is really good. Would definately recommend.

It charges up very quickly and once charged lasts for a very lime. Really pays for itself with the very first cuts. Saves me a lot of time, I can cut my hair at home and saves me the time and money of going to the hairdressers.

This item arrived well packaged. Instructions are clear and understandable. This was purchased to replace my old hair trimmer from a different company. I have only used it once so far but found it easy, cannot comment on battery life as I haven't had it long enough. Hair length is adjustable . All in all it would seem to be a good buy and I am pleased with it. Time will tell if I'm wrong.

I received the hairclipper on 8th October and 6 weeks and only used twice it no longer works. I bought it to trim my little grandson’s hair as he doesn’t like going to the hairdressers but after a couple of cuts it seems to pull at the hair and is making a very funny noise. I have reported this to the seller at the beginning of December and so far have been offered a 20% refund and told to take it for a repair at my own expense. I would like a full refund. The product is not fit for purpose. Really bad customer service, if I could give no stars I would.

At first I was pleased with this, although my satisfaction was short-lived. Delivery was prompt, the trimmer was well packaged and it worked ok for a handful of cuts - but it very quickly became useless because it suddenly just stopped working. Even after a full charge, even while still plugged into the mains, pushing the power button causes the display to illuminate but that's all - the motor doesn't start.To add insult to injury, my communication with the seller about this has been extremely frustrating. They have fobbed me off for months, telling me their technical department were looking into the issue, and repeatedly telling me to try the same "fix" even though I have demonstrated to them via video that it doesn't work. There is no chance they could have fixed the trimmer remotely, but they've never offered to replace or repair it themselves. Ultimately I've accepted a 10% refund, which is an insult given the product stopped working so soon after I bought it. I'm now £50 out of pocket with nothing to show for it other than frustration and dissatisfaction.If you buy this trimmer, you may be lucky - perhaps I just happened to get a defective unit. But based on my experience, don't expect this product to last and don't expect any meaningful support from the vendor when it doesn't.
