I love these mouth strips! I used to use 3M surgical tape to close my mouth when I slept, and it worked great during the night, but it would leave a sticky residue and it would hurt to remove in the morning. These strips are a great improvement: They stay on quite well, even though I have oily skin and I use moisturizer during the night on my face and lips, and they are very, very easy to remove in the morning. I can take them right off, pain free. I also see an improvement in the lessening of my double chin when I consistently use mouth tape, as well as deeper sleep. I definitely recommend these!

Somehow I became a mouth breather :) These do work to keep my mouth closed, and still allows me to take sips of water, if needed during the night, by using a straw. From other reviewers complaints, perhaps use without skin moisturizer around the mouth or lip balm before applying the strips. I've never had an issue of a strip not staying intact until I remove. it fell out in the middle of the night. does not hold very well. I'd say how well these work is different for everyone but not for me.

I thought these were a gimmick but have them a chance. They work exactly as advertised! I'm really happy! No more headgear for me! I have a short beard and they still work perfectly. No skin or lip irritation and they stay in place all night. I'm buying more.

I have slept better since getting these than i have in the past two years,they are easy to apply and remove,you hardly notice they are on,they also come off easily.

Well I am not very cute when I wear this, it does keep my mouth closed which has been a problem for me for 15 years now. It is easy to remove and once you put it on it stays on. Caveat is that you really need to have a clean face.

Usually, mouth tape is very loose but this tape is perfectly tight and also it comes in a high quantity. Great product overall.

Trying to fix my mouth breathing issue so bought these. They’re comfortable enough and don’t irritate my skin. Stick pretty well, I have yet to wear them all night since I unconsciously pull it off in the middle of the night. Would recommend if you’re a mouth breather when sleeping.
