Good but terrible delivery
Sofa is good and qualitative, but delivery has been horrible. Special thanks to the guys who refused to take it to the third floor and just left the (incredibly heavy) sofa to my wife on the ground floor next to the elevator (in which it was not going in), and lying to her about a supposed other team who would come to help her.
