the items were delivered within 36 hours although not using prime,the chair that came later was perfect,very nicely packaged however the desk was damaged due either to bad packaging or poor handling by the couriers, we reported it straight away,as soon as my gardener left as he was cutting my trees,i was asked over the next week to send photos of the damage to the desk,i tried many times but obviously my camera can't send the format required,the damage is the edge of the table is chipped badly,i was told that all items leaving are opened and checked for damage,i have orded from amazon over 9years and have had no problems,there was only one corner protection the plastic bag had been ripped open and not resealed and the package was bad,i didnt want a refund just wanted a perfct desk and chair,,thats what i paid for ,m,barratt
