This is just what I needed for my shop! At 65 sitting too low can be tough on me. This seat lets me adjust my hight and still be able to get up and down easily. I am a stocky 205 at 5'11" and this rolling stool moves across mt diamond plate Race Deck Floor with ease with me atop. I am currently installing a keyless entry system in my 55 F-100 and have quite a few hours accumulate sitting next to it working inside of the doors. This seat has made the project FUN and not the Pain in the back that my old car seat would have left me suffering through. This stool is Sturdy and Stable while rolling easily to get me around on a rough floor. Memory foam could upgrade the seat but it is somewhat comfortable to a degree as it is.

I had to re-arrange my classroom management this year due to Covid. My students were sitting on the ground and it was killing my back to bend down to help help. I found this stool so I could roll around and be low enough to the ground to assist them. It was sturdy, had great casters, and perfect for my use. Great product that I would recommend!

One Star--This stool is held together by gravity. What do I mean by that? I mean, if you grab the stool by the cushion to pick it up, the seat comes off. If you reach farther down and grab the stool by the shaft to pick it up, the bottom tool tray and wheels fall off. In other words, nothing secures the shaft to the cushion or the tool tray. The shaft is a simple press-fit and not a tight press fit either. About the only solution is to glue or epoxy the thing together. Very disappointed. Terrible design.Edit two weeks later--bumping this up to Two Stars. One application of Gorilla Glue top and bottom seems to be enough to hold this thing together. Now that I've been using it, I've discovered a couple of things I like. 1. The seat/cushion is a smaller diameter than other shop stools I've used. This makes it easier to bend down to get tools or reach things on the floor while still providing plenty of comfort. Also lets it fit into tighter spacers in my already too crowded garage. 2. The divider ridges in the tool tray are what I'd call "soft", meaning it's easy to slide stuff around in the tray from one section to another. I like this. Of course, others might prefer "hard" dividers to keep small parts separated from each other, but that's not a concern for me.

So far so good, No problems yet. I do not use everyday , hope it will help me out when detailing motorcycle, because I'm 70years & not good at getting up and down at floor level.

I ordered two stools, one being a conventional looking stool with an attached back and the other being the Black Widow Shop Seat. The conventional stool required 10-15 minutes of assembly while the Black Widow only took a minute to unbox and assemble. The conventional stool was more like a chair or a bar stool, was quite tall even when retracted fully and had a hard padded seat, not too cushy. The Black Widow retracts to a quite low height yet extends to quite high, for use working on wheels or work benches I'm actually using it at a computer desk right now and I like the feel of the seat!

I am a light duty diesel tech and this stool was perfect for why I ordered it.. easy to Assemble. Stool rolls perfect and the height adjustments are great.. great product for the money..

I used it when I worked for a contractor that does assembly for Home Depot and Lowes. Great for moving around pieces and not having to stoop over.
