We are having a true 5 in 50,000 miracle baby and I fell in love with this outfit. I was hopeful she could wear it home from the hospital or for newborn pictures. But it's huuuge! The headband fits my head, the hat fits my 3.5 year old, and the pants are laughable--they are nearly the same length as an entire 0-3 month footed sleeper we already have. The other thing I noticed is this outfit does not have the foldable hand covers as shown in the photo even though I ordered the smallest size offered.Fabric quality and and sewing/seam wise it's a very soft and well made outfit but for its intended purpose of fitting a new or very small baby it's a definite no go and a big disappointment.

Adorable outfit. Wish I had ordered 3 to 6 months though. This is for a newborn so I ordered 0 to 3 months. It is so small I don't think a baby doll could fit in it. So size up, baby :). Yet others have said it was too big. So I don't really know what to tell you about the sizing. The one I purchased was too small. The outfit has a long-sleeved romper, pants, hat, and headband. Color I ordered was pink and pants have a design on them. 100% cotton. Stitching could be a little better, but is okay. Soft, warm, and precious outfit. Pants are elastic waist with cute ruffles around the pant cuffs. Can't wait to see her in it and see if it fits. I do recommend this product, as long as you can figure out the sizing. Also description recommends hand wash or dry-clean. Cute outfit, and if it weren't for the sizing situation I would feel much better about my purchase. Recommend.

Sizes are a little off, because they aren't standard American sizes. I ordered three different sizes in hopes I could find one that would fit each of my twin girls. They are year old preemies. One is in 3-6 month clothes right now, and the other 6-9 month clothes. My little one fit in the 0-3 month outfit I ordered. The sizes run a little big. The pants were all different shapes though. The smallest size were the longest pair. And the largest were the shortest pair. All the hats were the exact size as well.Aside from all that, I do think it is worth it for the price even if they weren't perfect fits.Also, the wording goes down pretty far, so the pants end up cutting it off.

Once again, Amazon makes me so happy! Everything I've been ordering lately has been coming in at least 1 week ahead of the scheduled delivery date, which makes me super happy cause we live overseas right now.Granted my baby isn't born yet, but I can't wait to put it on her! It's exactly as pictured and so cute!This outfit is very special to us, because our baby is indeed a true MIRACLE, (after trying for over 7 years and doctors told us we couldn't conceive.) So I'm very happy with this outfit, only thing you have to do is tie the knot on the hat and the headband, but I believe that's for customizing it to your baby's own head size. Still happy with it though. Thank you!

Bought this as a “Coming Home” outfit due to my daughter (Due Jan 2019) will be my rainbow baby, and I’ve been told it may be hard to have a kid with my health issues. I ordered the smallest size, a 0-6 month and it’s definitely more like a 6 month, there’s no way a newborn baby (I’ve been told I’ll be lucky to see her at 7 lbs at birth) will fit in this for time to come.You should get smaller sizes, or size them like every other baby size and do a 0-3 and 3-6 and so on. Not 6 months at a time.The hat also looks a bit different than in the photos, the only plus is the material is decent, and the pattern is adorable.

I bought this as a coming home outfit for our miracle daughter that took 6 years to conceive. But, she won't be able to wear it home because it's HUGE! It would fit a 6 month old. I put this onsie under a 6 month old onsie that I have and they are the same size. Cute outfit, but I'm very Disappointed! The toque and pants are huge too.

So, based off other reviews here, I ordered a size up. We're expecting a true miracle baby (IVF) and I was hoping it would be her coming home outfit. However, someone here said newborn was too small - so I got it in size 0-6 months.Bottom line, the outfit is HUGE. It looks like a 12 month size outfit. It's okay, because she can wear it as she grows I suppose - but I guess I'm on the hunt for another coming home outfit for her.The outfit is made in China so the sizing is way off.

Ordered this as a newborn size specifically but it's huge and when I look up the chinese size 60 that's labeled on the tag the size charts say it's somewhere around 0-3months or 3-6months which I can believe just looking at it. It's cute and seems like decent material which is why I'm not giving it a 1 star but I'm extremely disappointed we won't be able to use this as a coming home outfit.
