Does not extract screws
The drill side of these works fine, but the screw-in extractor side does not. I tried to extract a 2" deck screw, and the drill worked, but the extractor could not get a grip (and yes I was using it correctly). Also, the #2 bit's screw extractor stripped out on the third try. The case is also hard to open.

Didn't work
I bought these to remove some screws. I could get them to work. Ended up cutting the screws off.

Did not do the job
Tried extracting a broken stud from my turbo which I took off my car. Drilling the hole was easy, extracting was another story. It only ended up rounding out the bolt completely. Not sure how I'm gonna get the rest of it now. I'm really not pleased with it. Just to ensure I was doing the correct thing, I paid extra special attention to the instructions and even youtube videos. I'm very very disappointed and now I'm only left with more problems now. I have attached a pic of the end result. It's important to know that a reversible drill should be used!

I had three stripped bolts in the tailgate of my truck. This product removed them and worked very well.

Junk.
Junk. I tried it on several screws. All it did was make a bigger mess of the screws. I would have been better with a small drill bit, and trying to drill them out.

It does work!
Stripped screw extractor set comes with four different size bits so it can be used on any screw types/size. I have a desk chair that I've been wanting the arms off of for two years now, but the screws were so tight that every attempt just resulted in stripping them. If your screws are in super tight you will need an electric drill for this. It took a while to drill each one out; the hole has to be deep for the extractor to engage, but once it does it frees the bolt right away.
