this is high quality silicone! most silicone leaves food with a nasty plastic taste - but this product does not. and it was completely non-stick with no greasing of the cups.

This was my first time baking with silicon baking pans. I had a bunch of paper cups left over, so I still used the cups, so I can't evaluate their nonstick (popping out the cupcakes) abilities, but the pans cleaned up easily afterwards, and any cooked-on batter splashes washed off with just a little soap and water and a regular kitchen sponge. The pans are a little floppy, especially when filled with batter, so I would suggest using them with a baking sheet underneath to make it easier to get them in and out of the oven. On another note, they're much less clanky when storing and using them, which is ideal if you need to be more quiet in the kitchen.

These worked out great. I used them to bake individual macaroni and cheese cups. Great for portion control during the holidays (hint.) No sticking, no staining, easy to pop out, and even easier to clean. You have to use the with a baking sheet underneath for stability but not worth losing a Star ⭐️. Maybe consider adding a hard silicone baking sheet to hold both as a part of the set. My sister wants me to get a set for her. Expect another order soon.

I used these for the first time yesterday to make egg cups for the week. I did use a canola oil spray on them, but I am not sure I would have needed to. These muffin pans are replacing some older metal ones that I had used to make egg cups and were subsequently destroyed by said egg cups, so I didn't want to wind up in that situation again... the pans worked beautifully and seem to be made of very high quality silicone. Definitely would recommend.

I had never used silicone baking products, before, but I sure like this muffin pan! Made some egg cups the other day, brushed some butter into each area and poof! the egg cups popped right out! I am enjoying this!
