It did the job! The smaller air balloons we just blew up with the tube provided and used the plastic to make the arch. Some balloons popped off as we kept adding but worked for the party! It did the job for the 2 hours we needed it for! Would buy again! and we can keep the poster it comes with as memories from his 1st birthday!
