Perfect for my laminator
I replaced my broken rubber belt with this and is absolutely perfect! I use it for my laminator and works so well. Grips great and will last for the life of the machine. Much much better than the old welded rubber belt. Highly recommended.

It's okay
So positives first then negatives but it's worth buying if you need a belt of unknown or unorthodox size. Once together the belt itself will not fly apart. I am currently using it to drive a "mini-lathe" that connects to two v-groove pulleys powered by a 2hp three phase induction motor. It doesn't take long to work out how to add or remove links. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a belt for any machine they cannot get an immediate replacement for and honestly its worth keeping in your toolbox for rainy days.So the things I do not like and some of these might be unavoidable with any belt. Disassembly is a pain mentally and physically if you do not use pliers. You have to twist two connectors and push them through slots and if your fingers have grease or especially if they are sore from misc work it's the last thing I want to do. However, that also adds to it's strength as it does not come apart easily and if you use needle nose pliers it's really not too bad. My biggest complaint is the belt needs to break in so to speak. I've removed links over a weeks period due to the slight elasticity of the he material. Again, that's a two way street because while it's a pain to adjust I also want some stretch to account for margins of error. The price seems a bit high but I'd probably buy it again if I needed to. All in all it's worth it.
