I purchased these for my autistic son. He can be very sensitive to taste but found the flavor of these to be good. These did help him lose a little bit of weights along with his diet change. I am not saying the product may not have allowed him to lose more weight but we had another gummy recommended that he is currently using. Definitely worth giving a try.

After taking these for a month, I did not notice anything. Might as well just fallow the keto diet true

First of all, anyone who expected a product made with apple cider vinegar to be the most delicious gummies ever, needs to manage their expectations next time. Personally, I like the taste.They have NEVER made me sick. My husband and I both take them and she’s fine too.I lost 3 pounds in the first week with no change of diet or exercise. The best thing is that it does suppress my appetite if I take them between meals. If people think they can just take a supplement and continue over-eating and being sedentary AND miraculously lose a ton of weight they’re dreaming.

I thought this was going to live up to all of it's promotions. Sadly it has not. I am taking it just as directed and I see no benefit. I did not change my diet as I consider it fairly healthy and I exercise regularly. I"ll finish the bottle and if all of the sudden a miracle appears , I'll change my review.
