Neither side really did anything for my medium length double coated dog. Also the bamboo is super susceptible to humidity - I left it in the bathroom while in the shower and it molded? A lot. I had to throw it away.

Had to sand down some of the handle, other then that not bad.

Best groomer I’ve found as the bristles are ultra soft and every cat I’ve had has loooooved being brushed with this.

I bought this for my short but thick haired dog. He loves being brushed with it, he loves being touched and rubbed so I wasn't surprised. It is well made but removed 0 hair from snoopy. Thus the reason for 3 stars.

Great brush to use for long or short haired dogs, cats and other pets.

Me encantó. El de cerdas suaves. Más grande de lo q pensé, pero está bien. Mi gata tiene 3 meses y le encantó.

My cats love this brush, either side, but especially the natural bristle side.

So, it’s not bad, just not the best, don’t think I’d buy it again. The soft side of the brush has been falling apart pretty bad, we find strands of the fibers all over and two “clumps” of strands fell out the first time we used it. The corse side of the brush is fine, pretty basic design (hard to mess up).The look and feel of the brush is nice, the bamboo is nice to the touch, and it’s very comfortable to use. If ours wasn’t falling apart from the first couple weeks of use, I’d highly recommend it, but sadly that’s not the case.
