Not that effective, it does it work. But god forbid if you're even a bit stressed, the product wont work. It works when you have a relaxed mind and sleep comes within 15-30 min after taking the gummy.

10mg melatonin seemed too much since sleep is induced with 2mg and even max 5mg melatonin.....But with this product even 10mg melatonin doesnt seem to work.....so basically i dont think this even has melatonin to begin with.....Poor result

Very good gummies..Has high dosage. Whenever I took one gummy I used to feel dizy for some reason but does the work
