I am planning to use this camera as a live look-in option for my home. For that use I feel as though the value is great. However, if you are looking to use it as a security style camera I believe you would also see the value in it, although you will need to get a memory card for it. It has motion detection and you can go back and look at previous video (with the memory card) on the app.The app is cool because you can move the camera around with your phone - not something I expected at this price point.The image quality for the price is impressive too, and the night-vision is quality as well.If you are using it like I am, I think it is a far less expensive way to outfit your home with cameras. But if you are looking for something that will record and be able to playback and alert you when something is happening I think it would be wise to spend up for something else.

I have been looking for a indoor camera with inbuilt alarm and finally stumbled upon this. Surprising most of them don’t have the alarm feature in them. The camera syncs with the SmartLife app which I’m sure a lot of people already use so that was great! This one works on a QR code scan and all you need to do is place it in front of the camera and it configures pretty fast. It was a little complicated first time but once you get that sorted, it’s very easy after that. I have setup my alert area so any movement in only that area triggers the alarm. My only improvement would be the alarm system doesn’t always work perfectly.. not sure if it’s my camera or app. The memory card feature is invisible but can be found when you physically move the camera head upwards. A good buy for the price and if they fix the alarm system then this is a great buy!

At first having issues when trying to connect the camera with app Smart Life but work with Tuya Smart on my iPhone iOS. Still figuring all the options but so far so good.

I purchased other products and this one was my last try. I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up and use.It set up in minutes. Instructions are very tiny but I magnified it. The video is clear, and pans so easy. Tou dont need to use the pan setting, just swipe with your finger on your screen. With two fingers, you can enlarge the video.I didn't know it had two way communication which is so ckear on the unit and the phone.So inexpensive and you get so much. What a great unit. I plan on buying more now.

Bought this with the to keep an eye on my dog when I’m not home but I couldn’t even get to use it because the device is extremely hard to setup through the phone. Everytime I go to add the device it tells me there is no device near me when the device is clearly on. After I was able to make it realize that the device was there it immediately said pairing timed out try again. All around horrible product

We've been using another brand indoor camera when we leave our dog at home. No matter how well we place it it inevitably had some blind spots where we couldn't see our dog at times. This solves the problem and has all the features one would want, and has a great video quality (better than my current one) at an affordable price. We also got super lucky because we've already been using the same app (Smart Life) this one uses, so we didn't have to install another one. If you ever had to manage multiple apps for different smart devices, you know how annoying it can be.

It took a little while to set up but now that it is up and running it's working really well. I go away on a lot of weekend trips so I use it to check up on pets. So far it is reliable with a very clear 'picture.' I think it's especially good given the price.
