I cannot say how happy I am about this product! For a while we have been wanting to replace this old potting station with an outdoor kitchen. The biggest thing holding me back was I HATE gas grills.I like the convenience of them don’t get me wrong, start them up and a few minutes later you’re ready to cook. But my egg Komodo grill give the food a lot of flavor from the lump charcoal. This is the best of both those worlds, it can remote start from the phone app, be ready to cook in 5 minutes, and imparts the wood grilling flavor.With the easy to open and fill hopper on the front of the grill, so the removable second grill shelf. I have cooked 3 briskets on it with ease. Because it can cook low and slow, to 700 degrees. It is my go to for steak, pork chops and chicken too!It is very easy to clean lift out the cooking grate, the drip pan, and heat deflector and shop vac it out every 5 to 10 cooks, or about every 2 weeks with how often I cook on this.I love the price point of this too as it is easily 1/3 the cost of any other outdoor kitchen pellet smokers I could find.If I wasn’t putting it into an outdoor kitchen, I’m not sure I would have spent the extra money on this particular unit, but if you are considering it I would definitely recommend this product.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for our son. I think he has cooked a meal on it every day since he received it. He really enjoys the remote control and the ability to turn it on and off remotely. A really nice grill/ smoker. Wish I had one.

Owned grill for 3 months and rusting already. This is under covered patio too.

Received my grill over a week ago but have not been able to use it yet. It was initially missing a few small but important pieces.I contacted customer service and explained what was missing. They called back and confirmed a second time what they needed to send before they FedEx’d the replacement parts. They sent the wrong parts.Contacted them again and they fedex’d more parts. This time it was about half of what I was missing. Now I’m just going to Home Depot to find hardware to make it work.It a beautiful grill and I hope it performs well when I manage to get it assembled.customer service was prompt and friendly but ultimately wasted a lot of my time and I still have a non-functioning grill…

Uses a lot more pellets then any other but heats quickly and works great. Very happy with it

Excellent pellet smoker. Very accurate on temperature and I dont worry about drying out or over doing the meat. My old smoker just sits now. Only issue I had was it came with a dent in the front.

Don't hesitate to buy this item it is worth every penny and the customer service is top notch. The lid did have a scratch from shipping but after calling the company they replaced and overnighted it to me and told me to keep the scratched one so there is no hassle in returning it. this company is top notch.

This is an awesome smoker, cooks evenly, well constructed. Have one issue, when I turn up to full it smokes like crazy and lid blows up. Deciding whether I need to try something else. I tried calling customer service and they never called back or answered my email.
