Fit was perfect true to size. I just got it so I can't say how well they work. But I did buy and sweat cream to use along with them. Time will tell.

I just got the other day but did a little test with wearing them around house while I did some house work so I could write this review. After taking them off I notice some sweat, I was actually impressed. I’m excited to try while actually working out. You can adjust them to your liking. They have a Velcro strap on each end which I loved. I have arthritic hands and was able to put on by myself. One strap first then the other and just tightened by going back and forth between straps to adjust. So if you're looking for something to help melt the fat this is a good product to help you get started.

I use them for cardio days. They definitely make me sweat more!

You really have to want thin arms to wear this very long. I returned them. Not sure if they work or not.

As I’ve gotten older I realize that I have the dreaded bat wings on my arms. My arms aren’t big but I do have a little fat that hangs down. I got these in order to try to firm up that area. These were extremely comfortable and easy to use. They are a little tight but that’s what I want. It works just like a waist trainer except for your arms. They were also pretty comfortable. After a while I actually tighten them up because they get too comfortable. I’ve only had them for about a week and a half but I will continue to use them and perhaps update this in a month. So far I am liking the results.

These were much easier to put on them. The previous ones I had purchased.
