I do think it took a while but they seem to have helped my foot somewhat. I do think its different for everyone but its been worth giving it a go

These insoles provide good arch support & heel cushioning. I suffer with planter facsiitis & they give me the support I need. They do come up a little small though. I am a uk size 7 & had to return the first pair as they were a good cm too short in my shoes. The size 8 are better lengthwise in my size 7 shoes. I also find them a little narrow at the toes. There is a small gap, 1-2mm, either side of the toe box, which I can feel. I do have wide feet though, so this might not be a problem those with standard/narrow feet. Overall, these are a good set of insoles that I have been using for a few weeks. They are wearing well and I think they will last a long time.

Great item could do with being a bit softer ie a bit more padding, but perfectly comfortable to use

Bought to help with plantar faciitis. This most painful condition needs the affected heel(s) and arches to be supported. These insoles were a good fit (size 6) and support seemed to be in the right place for my foot. However, i find they are just a little too hard on the foot. I'm sure it's difficult to get the balance between good support and the comfort of a slightly softer build. I will try them in another pair of shoes where there is slightly more room inside, as obviously they take up space in the shoes which can lead to more pressure.

I walk quite a bit and in the past I have had achilles tendon and knee ligament issues. So much that I had to have physio.My physio recommended arch support to relieve the stress.These insoles have proven to be well worth the low cost to purchase and are helping keep me mobile.

Easy to fit & really comfortable too.

I’m normally using a size 8. I’m 82k, 5.7” but like a 7.5 uk wide. Which is hard to get. So this was narrower than I expected in my size 8 work shoes but am sure will be very good in a ladies shoe. It’s high arch support is not likely to be comfortable for a pronated or flat foot in my opinion as a medical professional. But I still feel that this is a great quality product for the appropriate foot.

Die Einlagen sind passgenau und dämpfen spürbar bei Fersensporn. Verrutschen nicht. Natürlich können diese Einlagen ortopädische vom Fachmann nicht ersetzen - dafür sind sie aber erstaunlich funktionabel und somit absolut ihr Geld wert.Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich mangels Dauer nach vier Wochen noch keine Aussage treffen. Bitte beachten: die Einlagen erhöhen natürlich den Fuß im Schuh und sind nicht für jeden Schuh geeignet. Das trifft aber auf alle Einlagen zu. Hier hilft nur Ausprobieren.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erachte ich für absolut fair.

Quel soulagement. Je presque plus aucune douleur avec ces semelles. Bien plus efficace que celle du podologue. J'en ai commandé une deuxième paire direct.

Tengo los pies excesivamente cavos, con mucho arco, lo que me provoca una mala pisada, eso genera inflamación en el pie, dolor, etc... Visitas al podólogo, estudio de la pisada, recomendación de usar plantillas específicas... ¡lo habitual!. Las primeras plantillas me las hice a medida en un ortopedista, me costarón ciento y pico euros, y -literalmente- me duraron 3 semanas. Al andar con ellas, dada mi mala pisada, terminaron gastándose en ese punto de apoyo donde tanto fuerzo, hasta el punto de hacérsele un agujero. Vamos.. que no sé si era el material o el qué, pero no me duraron nada.De tal modo, que me atreví a comprar unas de estas por Amazon. Al recibirlas, aparentemente, eran muy similares a las que tenía del ortopedista; de hecho, incluso con el refuerzo lateral del arco bastante más prominente. Al no ser digamos "a medida", tenía el temor de que estuviese siendo peor el remedio que la enfermedad, así que tras visitar a otro ortopedista con la intención de hacerme otras a medida, al mostrarle estas de Amazon, el propio ortopedista me dijo que me estaban perfectas. Que era absurdo que él me hiciese unas nuevas porque las que me hiciese, serían con la misma morfología que estas. Que vamos, que estuviese tranquilo que las plantillas eran de 10 y me corregían justo donde tenían que hacerlo.¡Un año estuve con ellas!, y cuando le di recambio, todavía estaban en mucho mejor estado que las primeras que me habían hecho en la ortopedia. Vamos, que son ya las segundas que compro y encantadísimo con ellas.
