Eat truly natural: no-microwave, no-waste life
These are perfect all around replacements for ceramic or glass plates in general because you are forced to NOT nuke your food! Instead, each perfectly portioned meal must be eaten either raw or freshly cooked, forcing you to never waste anything or over-eat, ever!These deep dishes (I wouldn't call them bowls, they're quite shallow, exactly how I wanted them) are perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They're also so photogenic and excellent for Instagram photos. I tote one along to work for when I need a plate for my avocado and sweet potato medley. Makes eating fun and makes you slow down when you eat so you can feel full sooner. Same like other coconut bowls.I love these! Sturdy and easy to care for.These are so eco friendly. Adorable and Instagram friendly.
If you are into tapa size dishes and photo friendly possibilities.. this is for you. I love having this for fun and use it frequently for apps and side plate. Don't think it's durable, but we shall see. I hand wash this item to preserve quality.

Cute, but not practical.
Although it looks very cute, it is so tiny and flimsy. I made a very thick smoothie bowl and it kept seeping out. It is not deep enough to put even a snack inside.

Simply amazing and very nice!! Packaging was excellent to insure safe travels. The bowl and spoon are so awesome and well made. They’re so beautiful and they are the best baby dish I’ve ever bought.
