As a result, I’ve purchased a portable, 12-volt compressor and have kept it in the back of the vehicle. While I have no problem using it, my wife finds it difficult to operate. Opening the box reveals a carrying case with a handle. Inside the carrying case are the compressor, user guide and a thank you card.Two features immediately stood out when I opened the case, durable construction and weight. At 4 pounds and 7.3 ounces (carrying case included), this compressor is the heaviest portable compressor I have ever purchased. Additionally, the build is solid with metal parts, two handles at the top and cords neatly hidden inside. The LCD is huge displaying units of pressure, desired pressure and actual pressure. At the bottom of the LCD are the operating buttons. The plus button is used to increase pressure while the minus button is used to decrease pressure. The power button turns the compressor on and off. A unit/unite button changes between different pressure measurements (PSI and BAR). Finally, the light button turns an amber light on/off and can set the mode to SOS for emergency situations.== Ease of Use and PerformanceNapoer’s auto air compressor is very simple to use. With the vehicle’s engine running, plug the power cord into your vehicle’s 12-volt socket, connect the compressor to your tire valve stem, set the desired pressure and unit of pressure measurement and turn the compressor on. When the desired pressure is reached, the compressor automatically turns off. It doesn’t get any easier than this and demonstrating the functionality to my wife put a smile on her face. The backlit LCD makes the numbers easy to read day or night.The compressor also comes with an amber light. This is extremely useful if you’re out on the road and want to send an SOS signal to other drivers. The choice of amber is good because amber is more visible than white day or night.Tip: If you’re using a cigarette adapter splitter, do not connect the compressor to any of the sockets on the splitter. Connect the compressor directly to a 12-volt socket on your vehicle. Failing to do this may cause the fuse on your splitter to blow. The compressor is very easy to use and automatically stops when the desired pressure is reached. It even automatically turns off when overheating is detected. The power cord is also long enough for my Dodge minivan.I highly recommend this compressor to family and friends and I’m considering the purchase of one more for another vehicle that my wife uses regularly.

The unit is fairly quiet and compact but I have 2 complaints. First the connection to the tire value does not work well. I had to physically hold the hose to the tire value to get it to function (if it is not fully connected the unit shuts off the air assuming it is fully inflated). Also the discreption of the connect is not correct...it clips on like a typical bicycle pump...it does not screw on which would have been better. Second complaint not a big deal but the wire connecting to the car accessory plug could be longer....I had trouble reaching the rear tires. Otherwise the unit seems reasonably well built. I strongly suggest that you check the tire pressure with a gauge afterwards as I would not rely on the tire pressure indicated on the unit (because it will be wrong unless the hose is fully and properly connected....and this is not easy to accomplish).

The part that connects it to the tire is so cheaply made that it won't get a seal proper. It either seals too tight and believes that it has reach the desired air pressure and cuts off or it won't seal tightly enough to actually push air in the tire. This thing does not work don't buy it. I threw the packaging so I couldn't return it. So I punish the little piece of trash and threw it away

This machine is capable of handling mild to moderate jobs needing air compression. easy to use and LED screen looks great even in daylight. It comes in a carrying case and is small enough to fit in your trunk or even back seat. Heed the warning on how the machine gets hot. It is also fairly loud which is expected from a machine of this sort.The instructions give you suggestions for PSI settings depending on the object you are attempting to inflate. From bikes to balls to air mattress, this is a decent product. Ideal for camping.Maybe i missed it but it didn't give a suggested setting for putting air in your car's tire.Something I would have like would have been the accessory attachments for inflating balls. It comes with the standard tip for bicycle tires. Luckily I had some laying around but it would be nice to include them since people are paying a decent dollar for this product.I would recommend it!

Wish the cord connecting it to the car was a little longer, but other than that it's great. Easy to use, works well, stores neatly. Comes in handy.

I really like this pump! Very powerful and compact at the same time!

Cigarette lighter plug burnt and destroyed my dash outlet, now have to tear dash apart to replace. Never had a problem with my last pump, seemed like a good replacement for one I lent out.
