Big sound with rather low distortion. Full volume will fill up a party room. As others have noted WOW!! For some reason others have received with dented grill (perhaps angry worker or competition) or Russia LOL. Anyway easy removal of grill from front (pry out gently - then tap out dent) glue back with silicon seal used sparingly. 4.2 Bluetooth better distance and more dependable connection. Looks great with glowing leds.

Im giving this 3 stars because I have ordered from them before and the first order was perfect. The speaker worked amazing and has awesome bass. Unfortunately I left it out in the rain and broke it, so I ordered another one. The second one came in used, dirty, rusted speakers, possibly a blown speaker and not the right color. Im sending it back but will try to order this again because like I said, the speaker is awesome when its new!

This is one of the best bluetooth speakers I have used. It has an interesting look, too. One issue is that if I use two different BlueTooth devices, I have to make sure to disconnect one from the speaker because it seems like my computer and phone like to compete for the speaker. It takes some playing around.

The look is what attracted me but the sound is not much better than several I have heard. The price is a little high when you compare volume to volume. The bass is nice and it may have a slight edge there on models $60 and less. I give 4 stars for the look and feel, also the fact it serves the purpose I need it for.... not to loud so my neighbors get upset.

Worked great until it didn’t work. Won’t hold a charge and I’ve only owned it less than 3 months. Contacted Arisen since warranty information is non-existent. No reply back from the manufacturer after 2 service requests. If you want a great speaker with great warranty support this may not be the best option.

Great looking and even better sounding. I use it all the time at work and only have to charge it once or twice a week.

The sound is great, but the charger sucks. The chord is loose so I have to rig it to charge. Yes I even used a different chord! It’s not the cord, it’s the USB port on the speaker. 😕

Update: Of the two units that were replaced, one failed AGAIN. The charging port failed. It is just not worth the effort.I had previously written: The product itself is excellent. It is important to order the newer version (I believe it is distinguished with an "R" when ordering, but, curiously, I don't see any indication on the model number sticker on the unit itself). The original version had a charging port that failed after 45 days of use. This happened on 2 of 3 units we purchased. Arisen was excellent about it by refunding my charge, acknowledging the problem, and informing me that the newer version was about to launch. A minor irritation was that I had purchased one unit on Ebay (Seller was onewaystore247) refused to refund because 30 days had elapsed and Arisen complained that, because I had not purchased from Arisen directly, they could not process a refund or offer other correction. Seemed odd that no one was left to honor any warranty. I guess the second word to the wise would be to order only through Amazon with Arisen itself as the fullfiller.
