I too, have never purchased a plant online, but the stores here are closed for the winter, or in the case of big box stores, I won't do it because they always have bugs that I bring home to my other plants, or just don't have this variety. I am very pleased. Now if I kill it, that is on me, but it sure seems healthy and came so well insulated! I hope it works out!

I have never bought a plant online before. I was very pleased with the condition of the plant when it arrived. It was well wrapped and protected and arrived looking very green and healthy.

This plant was packaged great for the time of the year. It was shipped usps and temperatures were near 32’f. Plant arrived well packaged, and in good health for the time of year.

Plant appears okay but not the pot, which arrived squished so badly it cannot be fixed, and paper is under plastic in the pot, so whatever is underneath the paper will fall out from the squished pot. It is advertised as a WHITE pot but came in a flimsy brown plastic disposable pot. No care instructions. I cannot even place it where I want it do to the poor condition, and with no care instructions, do not know what type of soil or mixture to use to repot it. Very disappointed. I expected better.

Arrived safely packed and is doing great.
