I have been using this tea for the past 3 months and my periods started coming on time. I drink it 2 times a day, it definitely works, give it a try. Btw it tastes great too. Going for my second pack now.P.S : plz remember that you cannot rely on herbal teas alone for all menstruation problems. You gotta reduce your stress levels, eat less junk, sleep well. Firstly, Pcos cannot be cured by a tea. Having said that, there are certain edibles that can help regulate your hormones to some extent. This herbal tea claims to have some of those important herbs. In fact you can see the constituents when you strain it. For tea lovers, a yes, because the taste and smell is soothing whereas the texture feels similar to any regular herbal tea on the palate. Does it reduce symptoms of hormonal imbalance? I have been consuming this for almost a year and I am not sure of that though...

I have constant headache dues to sinus and sleeplessness over past few months. Tried this tea after several inputs and health considerations. It turned out helping me in my headache reduction, sinus pain over face is reduced. Seems a better choice over headache medicine. Helps in sleeping. The aroma is too good👍

Not sure about the PCOD claim, but I had a couple of thick chin hairs and they used to grow back very quickly after I'd plucked them out. I had very low expectations from this product but after 25 days of daily consumption, I noticed that although they grew back, they're not that thick anymore. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Although I have bought another pack but 2months of usage didn’t show any improvement in PCOS symptoms.

The media could not be loaded. I brought this product Oct2023, because it says it has all the herbs .. indeed tea is fantastic, value for money, but in the end disappointing. Today I emptied my tea and what I saw I was shocked. All this time i was drinking little by little sand. And today i found out it had alot of sand in the bottom of the packet. Health risky. I recommend not to buy. If you still think to buy just a reminder you will be taking sand everyday minimal inside your body. This company should be sued of risking people health . Amazon please do something.

I really like this tea. I drink it before bed to help me unwind. It smells a little pungent right out of the bag , but the taste is actually quite delicate and nice!
