If you haven't seen any of their freeriding videos then do yourself a favor and go watch some. The R.A.D. Release wheels have a big crown core that creates a dense hold around your bearing. This gives you an overall higher roll speed and smoother slides. They are a center-set, stone-ground, and round-lipped wheel that get better and better as you wear into the different layers of urethane. The 78a option has a lot of grip so they will really perform best when freeriding at higher speeds, otherwise they do have a tendency to grip up rather quick. The 80a option is great for mild speeds and will last a little bit longer than the 78a's. These wheels are truly an amazing wheel and are definitely taking the longboarding world by storm.
