I set up a kid's 'little free library' during the pandemic when all the kids were doing virtual learning. One of the local kids asked for books in Spanish & I realized my neighborhood had a hispanic community that would benefit from this. So glad I could order these through amazon

This story is amazing but there were many times where words were spelled incorrectly. I would have gladly given this 1 more star but it just made many basic mistakes.

I loved the book. I read it with my 9 yrs old daughter. Coming form the Dominican Republic myself, it was a great way to introduce customs and the differences. I highly recommend it.

I love the story. However, the Kindle version is so riddled with editing mistakes that it gets distracting. It is very clear that no one edited it before publishing it. I'm ordering the printed book for my class, and I pray that these same mistakes don't appear in that version.

My son read this for his spanish class assignment. It was a quick but enjoyable read for him. It wasn't a tremendous look into other cultures but did scratch the surface and pique his interest.

I liked it as we relate to it.

Good for all ages especially those young at heart. Great for language learners.Reading is like traveling the world right from your living room.
