The media could not be loaded.  I really like the way this humidifier operates . It is quite while it is working so, you can sleep with it on all night . It spreads the mist well with steady strength . What I really like is there is a small area inside the unit that I can place any one of my essential oils and you can smell the essential oil just right not strong not weak . It is easy to operate and to keep clean . I also really like the soothing colors that the humidifier has it really relaxes you .

Love the product, color and teardrop shape. Works well, except might leak if jostled. I kept a towel underneath just in case.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a product. I only used the product a few times when I was sick or during the hot, dry PHOENIX summers. The whole reservoir cracked over the last year but still seemed to hold the water, just surface/stress cracks and I’m sick and went to use it for the 10th time maybe and fell asleep and woke up to water all over my nightstand and in the drawer of it where I keep my computer. The nightstand is warped and I’m drying out my computer to see if it is completely destroyed. The reservoir has so many stress cracks in it now that it looks like shattered glass even though it’s plastic. This is a terrible product. Do not waste your money.

It does not look like something that would last more than two years. I have used it couple days out of a week for the last two years, and it is still working. I am amazed. The features are decent. It can work for a small room or a small office. Anything under 200 sqf will be covered by this. I have dry skin so this has helped by a lot. I don't imagine it will stop working anytime soon.

The item started to get really noisy after 6-month usage. Besides, the cleaning is difficult.

This product worked great- until it didn’t. One night, months into using it, it leaked, emptying all the water onto my nightstand. When I came to this page for help/info, I found nothing but bad reviews from other scorned customers. At the time, Amazon had suspended any new reviews from being left for some bizarre reason. I contacted customer service to no avail. I ended up going back to my Walgreens humidifier. I will say, this product looks different now from when I bought it a year or so ago. I still wouldn’t trust the company though.
