The base should’ve been weighted down as it topples easily. Other than that it’s a very useful item for decor.

Its ok. Does the job but it would have been better if the plastic was more stable and sturdy. They keep falling over, as the base is very flimsy. So I eventually used it but had to put weights to keep it from falling over.
