You need to have lose bearings in your wheels. Example; Shimano cup and cone loose bearings.
Excellent low friction ball bearings, Used these on aeromax wheels. Went from 12 miles an hour to over 20 on flats, on hills from 6 miles per hour to 11 miles per hour. The bike rolls a lot smoother and I can ride longer. Instead of buying new wheels, I will switch all my wheels to ceramic bearings.I recommend these to everyone that wants less friction and being able to gain more watts.

Decent upgrade for the pricepoint.
Replaced older steel bearings with these. I used moly grease to lube. After a 20 mile test ride, I can feel a difference on the roll-out distance from downhill coast. Time will tell if these are worth the cost. I will update after racking up a few hundred miles.
