Opened box, connected equipment, nothing worked, put item back in the box, send it back.

Although I was able to get 4K @ 60 Hz mode working, it was at YUV 4:2:0 (or YCbCr). Based on the HDMI spec, this means it is HDMI 1.4, not HDMI 2.0 as listed in the product information. When my video source was set to YUV 4:4:4, the display went blank stated no input source.Otherwise, the product seems very robustly made and auto-sense and remote worked well. Most streaming video encodes at YUV 4:2:0 so there should be no loss of quality in most cases.

Works wonderfully. Don't even need to turn it on to use. It automatically detects the hdmi connected gadget as soon as I power on whatever item I have connected to its 4 ports. It also powers itself off when I turn off the item I was using.

It can be a good product with its simple design other than one weird design choice which was to put the output port next to inputs 2, 3, and 4 while input 1 is on the front. The splitter does not feel cheap but I had trouble to get it to work. Make sure to check whom you are getting it from because I have trouble getting mine to work. Do not use with any third party accessories with it or an issue will occur causing the Tv to receive a bad signal and lose both audio and video.

I haven't fully tested but it works for my setup. Only tested [email protected] remote is nice but I have too many of them. I'm planning on getting it hooked in to my Logitech Harmony ecosystem. There isn't a default Ensigear configuration but i'll work on getting it added since other hdmi switchers are available.

The converter overheats and looses sound from VHS player.

I have my cable, Xbox360, Chromecast, Fire and Blue Ray CD player all runing through mine. Works very well!

Works great, auto detects input if signal is strong.
