The item came on time- but it was cheap looking and it was too small for my puppy. I ordered the small - not the extra small, but I should have ordered a medium. My pup is only 12 lbs. and small. So I figured it would fit. I ended up finding one at the Dollar Tree that was sturdier and the right size.
