I had my Shark vacuum for several years, but it got ruined due to water damage. I purchased another Shark vacuum since I loved my old one so much, but it broke within a couple weeks. Thinking it was a fluke, I purchased another one and that ALSO broke within 2 months. I have four cats and foster kittens in a mostly carpeted home, so I NEED a vacuum.I thought I'd try something different and opted for this one, and by golly it works! It's been about 6 months since eI bought this vacuum and I've had no problems. It's obviously bulkier than the traditional upright vacuums, but it didn't take much to look past that.What I like:-adjustable suction power-the tools are useful-since it's bagged, minimal dust escapes back into the air-light for a canister vacuum-it doesn't clog easily-there are FOUR height settings for the brush rollersWhat I don't like:-the plastic panels keeping the tools in is flimsy-this might just be me, but it's not the easiest to take apart and clean-it does fine on hardwood. It's not amazing, but it picks up enough that I'm satisfiedIt works, it keeps up with the gaggle of cats and all their shenanigans in my home, and it's great at trapping dust. Overall, it was definitely worth it.

Dieser Staubsauger ist nicht für den Europäischen Markt gedacht ,weil er für 120 Volt ausgelegt ist.Warum dieser in Deutschland auf amazon.de verkauft wird ist sehr fragwürdig . Aus den USA von amazon.us hätte ich ja noch verstanden. Einzig und allein eine Angabe von 120 Volt ,hätte ja ein Schreibfehler seien können ,es gibt ja auch andere Staubsauger mit 800 Volt . Wo man sich fragt ,wo die angeschlossen werden sollen :-)Vielen dank Amazon.de für den extra Weg zur Post mit 11,5 Kilo. Für den Anbieter gibt es 1 Stern.

Well, my old Hoover bit the dust so I was needing a new one for the first floor. Specifically for carpet. I like a canister because you can reach under the bed or sofas. I looked at some videos from reviewers and read reviews. I decided that the 600 series had the attachments that I really needed. I like the crevice tool for getting into small spaces. The upholstery brush is a must have for the couch. The pet attachment I haven't used. The first thing that impressed me about this vacuum was the suction power. This thing wanted to take off as soon as I turned it on. No joke! It does have a wide suction head so you cover a larger area quicker. Cleans really nice as well. You also can attach the long wand and hang it on the canister itself for storage. To me, this is worth the increase in price from the 200 series. By the way, it does use HEPA filter bags so as to not let dust get back into the air. It comes with one. Professionals say this is better than bagless vacuums.

This vacuum is a good deal. It’s inexpensive, works very well and has great suction to pull pet hairs and dander out of the carpet. Good on hard floors too. I prefer this bagged vacuum because it holds all dust and debris instead of shaking a canister into the garbage. I’m pleased with my purchase !

A bit heavy for a vacuum but the trade off is greater suction power so I think it’s worth it
