SUPER GRIP!
Mom was in the hospital a while back, and she asked the nurse for a few extra pairs of socks when she got discharged. She only got 2 so I came to Amazon to look for more, and found these! They are so great, a big upgrade from the hospital ones. The tread is super grippy, and even after many washes it still hasn't come off like the cheap hospital ones. Mom loves them, we have hardwood floors and she likes wearing these more than her slippers. Would buy again!

High Quality Product
"Deluxe Anti Slip Non Skid Slipper Hospital Socks with grips for Adults Men Women"Our daughter has bare tile and hardwood floors and stairs in her house. My husband and I wanted something warm (Maine) and slip resistant while babysitting and carrying our 3 month old gd around. We got size 10-12 so we could share. They are a tad big on me (shoe size 8-pic attached) which was expected. The socks are nice quality with even seams and a multitude of sticky squares on the bottom. The look and fit is comparable to crew socks. We have average size calves and find them to be quite comfortable. Someone of larger size or with lower leg edema might find them constricting. I wash them in a laundry bag and hang to dry. Very happy with the purchase.

They GRIP for real!
Excellent, medium weight, truly non-slip socks with full non-slip coverage of the bottom of the foot and up the heel. The non-splip material is almost sticky it's so grippy! Beware if you're on a smooth surface like tile your foot will not rotate with you AT ALL as you turn a corner...it will grip tightly and put a little unexpected torque on your knee if your body is turning but your foot stays straight; not a problem, in fact it's great, just be aware! Good quality and seems perfect so far after one wash and two weeks of wear. XL fits me (men's size 12 shoe) AND my wife (women's size 9 1/2). These are not extra thick or fluffy, not really a "winter" sock, but reasonably warm and you could probably wear a 2d pair over the first if you have really cold floors.

Just What I Wanted
I live in Florida, and run the A/C all the time. I walk around the house either barefoot or with socks. Rarely, in the winter, I'll wear slippers. The problem is that my socks get holes very quickly, so I wanted something light and comfortable that was more durable. I've worn all 3 pair, before and after washing, and I'm very satisfied with the quality and comfort. Because of the rubber pads, I do not put them in the dryer. As some have mentioned, the rubber pads can be felt when walking on a hard surface. I have very sensitive feet, but this has NOT been a problem for me, although I do spend most of my time walking on carpet or sitting. Others mentioned the elastic being too tight. I have large calves, and the socks do fit tightly, but cause no discomfort or loss of circulation. The only issue I have is that, due to my large calves, the socks tend to work their way down and I have to pull them back up. Size - I wear size 12.5 or 13 shoes, and I think my feet could be another inch longer and they would still fit, so no problem there. Overall, I'm very happy with them.

BEST NON SKID SOCKS EVER. ORDERED SIX MORE PAIR TODAY.
These are the best non skid socks I have ever found and I have tried many brands. I recently moved to a new apartment which has hardwood floors instead of varpet. I'm the last three weeks I have fallen three times because of my feet slipping out from under me. I bought three pair of these socks last week and am delighted with them. My feed absolutely do not slip at all while I have these on. I ordered six more pairs today. I plan to tell everyone I know about these. I live in an apartment complex where quite a few of the residents are elderly or have problems with falling. I plan to tell them all about these socks and buy a pair to give to any neighbor who falls from now on so they will hopefully not fall anymore. Oh, just had a thought. These would make great little birthday or Christmas presents for my elderly friends.

Nice, comfortable socks, no slip on wood floors, and feet stay warm.
I tried out my first set and ordered 5 more sets to make sure I’m supplied. Got these to replace heavy wool socks with dots that have finally given up. These fit well and keep my feet warm and comfortable in bed and across the house during night trips out with the dogs. They feel comfy, don’t crimp my lower legs (as the replaced pairs did), and don’t snag the sheets and wake my wife. Can’t beat the price, but the quality was what I was really after and they are high quality too!

Perfect Solution for cold feet on slippery surfaces
Hesitant at first about sizing since I've previously bought clothing from Asian distributors and the sizing issue can get complex due to differences in how personal items (garments, shoes, etc.) are sized between North American and Asian countries. These arrived on time and they fit perfectly. I ordered a Large Size set which was the recommendation for size 10-12 shoes. Trued them on ass soon as I got them and they fit like the proverbial glove with a small amount of give which I appreciate since it makes taking them off and putting them on much easier. I wear an American 10.5 or 11 shoe depending on brand and style (laced, loafer etc.)The grip makes walking on polished hardwood floors very secure and isn't too overwhelming enough to create a safety issue. At first the grip nodules felt a bit strange since they are obviously a different texture than the rest of the sox but I got used to that in a few minutes. An additional bonus is that they do provide a bit of warmth to my feet during the winter season and breathe well so you don't get a clammy feeling.

Comfortable, warm, don't slip on linolium floors
We have carpeted floors except in the bathrooms and kitchen. It's uncomfortable when I wear slippers on the carpet so I take them off when on the carpet, but then need them on the hard, cold linoleum floors. So, I thought I'd give these socks a try. Received them yesterday and wore a pair all night! It's a different feeling when walking on the hard floor. Reminds me a little of when there's been a sugary spill like soda pop on the floor. Very non-skid! So far that's the only thing I have to get used to. I'm glad I gave them a try and I'm wearing them right now! So when I walk from my bedroom to the kitchen or bathroom I don't need to stop and put the slippers on now. Hooray!!

UPDATED review - please read if a non-slip sock is important to you
I came back to update /change my review. Sadly...so disappointed...I had originally written a great review, 5 stars, as I thought the socks were great. Now...after several wear and washes...they have "lost" the stick. They are "slightly" better than a regular sock...but overall I'm very let down. I had thought these were great, but now I don't. I don't understand, really. They get worn only in the house, and not on anything slippery (like a waxed floor etc) as I have to be really careful of my balance. They get washed with regular laundry ( and FYI, in case anyone wonders), no, we don't use fabric softener ( I don't like the way it makes clothes feel, and it may damage over time, the "stick factor" of the sock bottom). Overall, it's too bad, the search goes on.

For people with tiny feet.
So family had actual non-slip hospital socks while in the hospital. I though I would get them some for home. The XL are so tight on my men's 13 feet that I had to take them off due to circulation issues. Family with women's size 7 fit length wise, but were too tight. Even after a half dozen washes and stretching them with bottles etc they are too tight for adults. XL for mens 5-6, smaller for children sizes and look elsewhere if you have wide feet. Good quality though, grips work great and they have kept their shape. Now if they can make adult sizes

THESE SOCKS SHOULD BE STANDARD ISSUE FOR ANYONE IN A NURSING HOME OR HOSPITAL
I bought a few pair for my brother who lost mobility on one side of his body from a stroke and has difficulty getting around in his Nursing Home. Hospital floors are made to be easily cleaned. The flooring in my brothers Nursing Home are like a skating rink for someone with limited mobility. You add a few sprained ankles into the situation due to the slick flooring and the slips and falls are constant source of worry and neglect. Since wearing these "grippy socks" , my brothers twisted ankle is the best it has looked in months and just getting to the bathroom for him is far safer now with some decent traction. They are not like diabetic socks with a looser fit for increased blood circulation. Maybe over time the socks will stretch out a bit. In fact , they fit so securely I stretched them out on some large cans to be less tight. I also folded the top of the socks down around his ankle to hopefully increase some blood flow and to act as an excellent compression aid to help brace an already weak ankle. The've been washed a few times now and are holding up extremely well. In a perfect world ... these socks should be standard issue for anyone in a nursing home or hospital.

Best quality grip socks ever!
Great quality! Not thin like many others. The grips actually stay on and not fall off. I will be buying more.If you have a loved one in a hospital, long term care or just have slippery floors these are truly the best I have ever had. I've gone through aprox 15 other companies and would rate these number 1. Just wish there were more colour options
