Fantastic!
Update: I have realized that my calligraphy pen only bled through the paper if I wrote extremely slow. Now that I’m able to write with my calligraphy pens with ease at a decent fluent speed (normal writing speed) my pens don’t bled through at all. I absolutely love this journal so much. My friend and her daughter also love theirs. All 3 happy customers here!I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this journal because of the lack of reviews (all good reviews). I was so excited and anxious waiting the 2 days for these to arrive. When they arrived I was completely blown away!!!! I absolutely love love LOVE this journal so much! I’m so glad I ordered 3. 1 for myself (brown logo), 1 for my friend (brown logo), and 1 for my friend’s daughter (gold logo) bc we all love a good journal. It’s a tad bit smaller than I expected which makes it the perfect size for me. And it’s twice the thickness of any journal I’ve ever bought (lots of pages!) The leather looks great and smells amazing! The pages are very nice. However, I am a bit disappointed that my calligraphy pens bled through to the backside of the page a bit and on top the next page. I did expect slightly thicker pages, but this doesn’t affect my enjoyment with it. I’ll just use a regular pen to write in it instead of my calligraphy pens. I love that it doesn’t have lines even though I’m still trying to adjust to writing without lines. All in all, way better quality than I expected at such a great price! Simply beautiful journal...I can’t stop staring at it. It’s now by my side everywhere I go as I never want to put it down. Fantastic journal! I’ve attached photos for reference. Love it
The leather is beautiful and soft and the pages are thick and ink doesn't bleed all the way through even using a fountain pen or sharpie markers (bleeds a bit onto the back of the page but not through to the next page, would be 5 stars if not for this)
