A good buy at this price but I would not have bought it at full price.
The figure itself is good, nice colours, I like the glossy finish on the boots & gloves, and Saitama's frame and muscles are in-keeping with his appearance in the anime and manga; powerful but of totally average build. They've got the aesthetics right. It's a winner on that score. It's a good figure, but (a) it's not that amazing, and a figure that retails at around $250 at full price should be nothing short of amazing; this is just good. And (b) it should have a better stand; the stand it comes with is a joke; it looks like a lamp stand, and the only way to support Saitama securely is around the waist. It's butt-ugly.I'm half-tempted to make a custom display base and pierce a hole through Saitama's feet to invisibly secure him to the base with metal pins, but this is not as easy as it sounds due to the upper weight of the figure which is liable to cause it to tip over and pull the pins loose. I could go through his torso. An alternative might be to use fishing line and suspend him from above - and then I wouldn't have to put holes in the figure.I think this figure is really crying out for a diorama base; I think a little bit of scenery would take the figure up a whole level.
