I have never used a laminator machine before, so I did not know what to expect. This little machine is pretty much self explanatory. Place the paper into the laminating sheet, then place it in the laminator machine, it will auto feed after than and then sit back and relax.If you are nervous, just use the smaller pouch to do a test run to get the process down instead of wasting a whole big sheet. The biggest pouch they provide in the pack would not fit a normal 8.5 x 11 paper. You would have to trim the edges a bit to fit it, which should not be an issue since printers do not print edge to edge anyway. As mentioned by some reviewers, the paper cutter/trimmer is not that great, but it works. Since the piece that holds the cutter is made of plastic, if you put too much pressure in a certain direction, your cuts will not be straight or perfect. If you need more precision and perfection, you may want to invest in a more professional cutter, but for normal arts and trimming, you should be fine.This is a pretty good package. I only use this to laminate little signs and charts for staff, so this machine works perfectly for me. It starts up and takes about a minute until it is ready for use. Very simple, yet very effective machine. You cannot go wrong with this.

This comes with a nice assortment of good quality laminating film and is an excellent machine. It laminates watercolor paper bookmarks so well that I can cut them right along the edge and the film remains intact. I sometimes use pastels for background shading, and my previous machine would not get hot enough for the film to adhere well over those areas. This machine does a perfect job of sealing the bookmarks tightly. It was worth every penny…

This laminator works great, especially for personal use or if you have a small business or office. It does the job it's supposed to do and considering the price, it's a good deal. I removed one star because my package did not include the corner rounder.The trimmer is great, but it's best to take a little care on your paper trimmer, although you don't need to use a lot of force, it might feel like it's going to break if you press too hard. Still, it's great that the laminator has both functions in one and saves space.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm impressed at the ease of use of the laminator. Turn it on, give it a couple of minutes to warm up, and slip your photo in a pouch, and insert the pouch into the auto feeder. It included the laminator itself, 30 pouches of 3 different sizes, and a round corner trimmer. The laminator supports both hot and cold lamination, and includes a built-in paper cutter for trimming the pouches of photos.I found that the laminator produces consistent results. It does an excellent job of evenly heating the pouch and providing a good seal. Its small size makes it perfect for home use where it can be stored on a shelf or a cabinet, and very quickly be taken out to laminate an ID card or photo. The laminator meets my needs and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

I have had several laminators over the years that I used for a variety of purposes. Some of them disappointed, in terms of performance or build quality, and some have been pretty decent. I have just started using this product, but am already very impressed with the solidness and initial build quality of the unit, as well as the results I got from the very first time I turned it on!I needed to print and laminate several signs for my place of business, and when I pulled this laminator out of the box I was impressed not only with what it included for the price, but also how well it worked. Although the laminator came with a nice variety of lamination sheets for a variety of sizes and purposes, the first thing I did was to use thicker lamination sheets that I had purchased for another laminator. One of the biggest tests for any laminator is whether or not it does consistent laminations on thicker sheets. This unit did not disappoint - it perfectly laminated all of the printouts that I had, and there were no flaws in any of the sheets that I put through the machine!In addition to the laminator itself, the company includes a slicer for trimming up each lamination to proper size, as well as a very nifty "corner rounder," which really enhances the professional appearance of any lamination sheets produced by nipping off the sharp corners and replacing them with a nice rounded corner! In the past, I had done my best with a scissors to round all the corners of my laminations, but this little gadget makes quick work of every sharp corner and perfectly reproduces a rounded edge every time!I would have expected a laminator of this quality to cost at least twice as much as I paid. It easily seems to be superior to all of the previous units I have purchased over the last 20 years, some of which I paid quite a bit more for. I will update this review if this laminator fails to last as long as I expect it to, so if you do not see an update from me, you can assume that it is still going strong - highly recommend!

Laminator works so well. I used it to laminate some cardstock bookmarks. Used the trimmer that is included. Also love the corner rounder that is included. Laminator heats up quick. Was actually much smaller than I thought it would be. Came with an assortment of different sized lamination pouches. Was super simple to laminate and the finished product is great. Looking for a simple laminator? Then this is the one.

Love this product works well

I’ve had A4 laminator before but never an A3. On arrival I found it well packaged in a good sturdy box. I unpacked it and put it to use straight away. It’s worth pointing out that you will need to buy yourself some laminating sleeves as this only comes with a couple of A3, A4, and a couple of smaller sizes. The first ‘issue’ I had was, for me the power cable is too short. I had to use one of my ext. cables and in time, when out of warrantee will cut and extend the power cable. Anyway it was switched on, heated up and I started laminating. The machine is very quiet, and works very well. After several A3 laminates my A3 printer broke so had to revert to A4!!! The machine continued to work very well.I did notice a couple of things, on the plus side, if you are trying to decide between an A3 or an A4 machine, get an A3. On using previous A4 machines if your laminates go in slightly crooked you get damaged edges. Not on this machine, I made the mistake of putting one A4 sheet in very crooked but it worked no problem. With this kit you get a cutter which works very well, bit stiff at first but soon sorts itself out after use. But with this kit you get what I can only describe as a corner clipper - this little gadget makes the whole kit worthwhile, it’s the first time I’ve used one, but it’s fantastic, no more nasty sharp corners, it works brilliantly.I think it’s worth mentioning, something you have to be care of. When the laminate feeds through the machine, no problem, but on reaching the end there is no ejection mechanism. This means that the edge remains near the hot parts of the machine and as I found on one of mine, it curls the end slightly. Not a real problem, you can put it between two flat surfaces and squish it flat or as I have done in the past wait till it cooled then put it through the machine again till it comes out flat, just don’t forget to pull the laminates out when they stop moving and you won’t have this problem. The only other thing I did was make a handle for the box, makes it much wiser to carry and move around.I think this laminator is not only good value for money, but it looks and work very nicely indeed.
