Postal Template Ruler- indicating sizes small letter, larger letter or packages plus measurements

I'm often selling items of mine online to raise some extra cash - this little template has more than paid for itself already! I'm sure anyone else who casually sells online has been disappointed and frustrated to be charged much more than expected at the post office, or has to pay out of pocket to cover unexpected postage costs - so annoying!The Large Letter and regular letter size slots are exactly the size needed if you're sending smaller items via the post office here in the UK. The ruler makes it quick and easy to measure the edges of your package to check it isn't oversized either (25 x 35cm for a large letter). Being slim and lightweight yet sturdy, it's easy to store away and get out again whenever I need it.Something that will be invaluable to any online seller, even if you rarely do so - I've recommended it to lots of friends, it's saved me so much stress at the post office already! Definitely more than worth the money!

OMG why on earth have I not bought one of these before!!! I've been selling my unwanted things in eBay for years and never even thought or knew about these. No more second guessing if parcels and letters are too big or bulging. I can now weigh and no the size for postal costs now, which is much easier, especially when using the facility of printing your own postage labels using eBay packlink. It's really simple to use and made of a very sturdy plastic. Excellent value at under £4.00. Not sure how I've loved without one of these. Even birthday card sizes have caught me in the past......and there's nothing more mortifying than not putting enough postage on, then the receiver ends up paying the extra plus a quid or so as a fine/fee. Never again now. Really pleased with my purchase.

There’s such a big difference between the thickness allowed for a standard letter and a large letter by Royal Mail. The standard letter permitted thickness is very small and just 1mm difference can halt its delivery and cost you, or the recipient time and money. I regularly send items that are potentially a tiny bit over standard but impossible to measure with a ruler. This device is invaluable to me! Just hold it flat (horizontal) and drop your item in. If it falls straight through, it’s fine, if it needs even a tiny push (so my postman advised me) it’s too big and needs to go up to the next level. It’s such a simple thing but takes all the guesswork and potential headaches out of posting for me.

Having guessed many times and got wrong large letter sizes I decided to get this postal template ruler.The ruler is made from plastic although it is very strong.The postal template guide is accurate, it also has a very handy general metric measure built in along with letter and large letter size information.

Having dropped some bits at the PO and told that I needed to change the postage I took a look for something that I could easily use to measure the difference between Letter, Large Letter and Small Parcels.This is a great ruler, as the notches and holes have been perfectly thought out and allow you to measure and check your envelopes to see which category they are.
