This product is awesome and easy to use. You may want to protect your hands while applying to your feet. I use a silicone basting brush to apply and leave on for the recommended time. I then use a foot file by Earth Therapeutics hat has a coarse and fine side, to finish my feet off.

Blue Cross callous remover didn't work as well as expected. I soaked my feet for 30 minutes, dried my feet with a towel and immediately applied callous remover and wrapped my feet in plastic wrap. I left it on for 20 minutes then used a pedi file on my callouses. Not a terrible amount of skin came off, but my feet are definitely smoother. I find that the Blue Cross cuticle remover is much much more powerful.

I mean, I think it worked. I just have to consistently use it. It's hard to find the time. I bought gloves like it said. I don't know how to position myself so my feet don't rub on the floor or tub.
