TLDR, :)We purchased one 10 months ago. A few days ago my son complained that the panel peeled off and he could not play. And I contacted the seller, they sent me a replacement for free.The new story is, we installed it yesterday. It was about the same amount of time to do it again. iMO, the new one, which is a newer model, is much better than the old one which has been discontinued. The. new one uses screws instead of glue to stick the panel. It had a larger base so it is more stable in case of strong wind. The hood height is now easier adjustable. This new product has just fixed all issues we experienced and now it is excellent.With the also excellent customer service that is why we give a 5-star. Thank you for reading.

I just the set the WIN.MAX Basketball hoop up which took about 1 hour to do. It is a fairly simple process with a socket set and wrenches. They do provide 2 wrenches but without the socket set I have it would have taken a little longer. The instructions were kind of confusing at first because the #12, 13, 14, 15 screw bags did not match what the instructions called for; I had to figure the screws out on my own. There are several heights you can choose from, with the smallest only using one pole. I chose to install all polls so I can raise it to the 10 ft height. I have kids so raising and lowering this really helps out. Please note, you need to pay attention to the polls. If you plan on only using 2 poles, make sure you follow the instruction and use the correct pole, they are different. I have not filled this up with water or sand at this time. If I were to use water, I would use anti freeze and water mix seeing I live freezing climates. I will try sandbags first and if this does not work well, I will use the water and antifreeze mix and provide an update.

Had some issues with the product and contacted customer support. They were extremely helpful and got things sorted out for us without any hassle.Hoop is fairly easy to install - instructions weren't exactly clear on which bolts nuts or placements but it was relatively easy to figure out.Base was sturdy and stable enough without having to place a 25lb weight as instructed in the manual - as long as folks won't dunk or hang on the rim then there shouldn't be any issues with this tipping over or falling.

I’m using this hoop next to my pool and the low setting works perfectly. It moves easy and the backboard is light. It’s not a pro model and probably not great for dunking/hanging on.

Takes at least two people to assemble, difficult to change height, not as durable as I expected. Would not buy again. Next time I would spend more money and get more quality.
