I have had the M7 pro for 2 years now and have loved it. Been using the M8 for a few days now and love it! It automatically senses carpet and increases suction even on my throw rugs. We have 2 dogs so this is used daily and then full size vacuum on the weekend. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have clean kitchen floors everyday! The dust bin is easy to empty and although it was convenient to have the automatic dustbin with the M7 I didn't love having to buy new bags so I'm okay with emptying this one after every use. The roller is easy to clean as well. I love the fact that it maps out your whole area and isn't one of those vacuum that just randomly bumps into things. It creates a path and goes up and down in lines in every room. It even leaves vacuum marks which I love! I am looking forward to trying the mopping feature. On my M7 it was either a choice of vacuuming or mopping so this will be cool to be able to do both at the same time! Customer service has been fantastic! Highly recommend! Thank you for your review.

Edit 1: If I could leave negative stars I would, ive been troubleshooting this vacuum for 6 months contacting support. Ultimately the vacuum main brush no longer spins. Ive been having this problem while I've been in warranty as was asked to replace it 10x times, this problem goes on for so long that as soon as it goes out of warranty they stopped helping me and suggested I should replace it. Never once did they offer a replacement or asked to send it in for warrantyStay away never buy from this company.Every 3 weeks is loses mapping of my house and the main brush also breaks frequently. Save the time and effort and get something of quality.When I contacted support they would only send me a replacement brush if I left them a 5 star reviewWhen it does work it works very well and cleans the floors.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product a few days ago and have used it several times. My first vacuum cleaner used to get stuck on carpets very often and it also needed cleaning and replacements quite often. But I really like There is a "carpet boosting" button on the App and that is why it never gets stuck on my carpet. I cannot even describe how happy I am with it now. This vaccum automatically recharge itself when it's low on power.The app allows you to create virtual walls to tell the vacuum not to cross these boundaries. I was happy to see this implementation instead of the tape that you traditionally have to stick on to things to create boundaries.It can mop efficiently as well. It cleans my ktchen floor quite well. Plus the water tank is easy to refill.I can set up a specific time to start the cleaning through its app which for me is very convenient because I can have it clean my house when I am not at home. I have actually recommended this product to several friends. Very good product and I am super satisfied :) and totally in love with this vaccum.

The vacuum itself does not have good suction overall. I keep it on high and it still doesn't get deep into a low profile carpet. The battery, due to keeping the vacuum on high, does not last long at all. The mopping function is a joke. There are no levels, just one, leak. Within 20 mins the water is completely gone and leaves floors drenched to a point when I do the power mopping the vacuum gets stuck in its own water. Not worth the money. Other products for similar price do much better.

I purchased this vacuum in august 2022 and have used it daily since. I have a hairy dog who likes to share his fur! This vacuum performs on a consistently excellent basis and has only gotten stuck twice in all these months. It navigates in the dark without getting lost. I wasn't able to hook up to wifi-probably user error since I am old but I just hit the start button and it goes! I had a problem with the dustbin and their customer service was very responsive and and replace promptly.
