Really does work just like advertised!
I was hesitant to buy this product because of some bad reviews, but I find that a lot of people don't follow instructions and there are possibly some Amazon sellers that are selling knock-offs under this listing. Contact Amazon and ask for a replacement if you truly followed directions and still had issues. I ended up being very happy with it! It works exactly like the commecials say it does! It was easy to open, directions were easy to follow, and the microwave grime wiped off in one easy swipe. I was not expecting that because my microwave has needed to TLC for a long time. I have a 18 month old and I honestly don't think its been cleaned since he was born. I'm going to blame mommy brain for that one, but I'm sharing that just to communicate what a mess it was and how awesome it was that it just easily wiped up. To open the "hair", just turn counterclockwise ~5-10° and lift straight up. Head and hair come off seperately. Fill lines make it easy to measure vinegar and water. I added some essential oils instead of lemon juice because I prefer that scent. You microwave for 7 minutes, let it sit for 2 minutes, and wipe immediately. I used a regular washcloth and I didn't have to scrub at all.

Clever vessel for a thankless job.
The Angry Mama is an amusing looking device designed to make cleaning the microwave really easy. Filling it with a vinegar and water mix, and zapping it for seven minutes nicely softens up and loosens the mess microwaves accumulate from spatter. It is simple to use, the design makes it easy to handle without getting burned by hot vinegar and water. A nice little device, that when kept near the microwave reminds one to use it from time to time. I was very pleased with it, recommend it to any microwave user.

Easy to use and works!
Easy to use and it works great! However if you are someone who cares about name brands, this is definitely a knock off. My best friend purchased hers from an actual store and there are 2 fill lines, water and vinegar. The directions note that there are 2 fill lines, water and vinegar. However on the one I received there is only a vinegar fill line, no water line. Not a huge deal to me bc it's easy enough to eye where it should have been based on the directions, and since it still works wonderfully, I don't care. I took one star off for the missing line but I still highly recommend this for anyone who has teens who are the main users of the microwave and don't clean it so you don't truly know how bad the mess is until you're doing your biweekly clean!!

Angry Mama cleans like she's on a mission
Angry mama really makes cleaning the microwave easy, even baked on spills. Fill her up, microwave, then just wipe down the inside of the microwave when it's done.Easy peasy and fun to use.

Works! Awesome
OMGoodness, I could not believe how well this worked! I also couldn't believe how much dirtier my microwaves was then I thought. The gunk just dripped... Came right off with a wipe of the sponge. Next time I'm using paper towels because I now wonder what's on that sponge... Yuck. There was stuff dripping from every corner. I about died of embarrassment. I was even wearing my glasses and never noticed. I got one for my DIL at TG dinner... and I'm proud to be giving her something that actually does what it says it will do. This is now going to be a stocking stuffer for gifts. Cute and very useful.

Great functionality
Easy to use and does the job effectively so far. I have not tested it on tough stains but it did a great job of softening the food splatters for an easier was off. Would recommend

Made the cleaning so easy!
oh, I was a SKEPTIC, but I wanted to try this. Most of our friends have them, and honestly I've gotten mixed bag reviews. We don't use out microwave all that often, but when we do, it always seems to be spaghetti sauce that just gets so baked on that you would be better off using a chisel than a washcloth. This came and I pulled off the head, filled with vinegar and water...I did not use any sort of citrus as I don't mind the smell of vinegar (it dissepated and was barely there when I was done cleaning), and let it go. The microwave definitely didn't take long to make this mama's head steam right off (figuratively)! I didn't wait the extra two minutes after the cycle ended as our microwave vent actually cools it down too quickly, so I opened the microwave, dumped the last of the hot mama water on a cloth, and it really did come off easily. I was impressed. It didn't wipe off like it would if it were not at all baked on, but it didn't take much effort at all! I am quite pleased with this. Good product in my book!

Pedí el producto en azul y llegó en color amarillo. Caja muy maltratada, incluso abierta. La regresaré. Últimamente los productos adquiridos tienen detalles...rotos, maltratados, color erróneo, fotos muestran una cosa y al recibir no es igual. DECEPCIÓN TOTAL
