These are for wood work or something sloppy. I thought they were locating pin typically call Dowel and they should be precise... Not those, 20% are 5.79mm or less, 20% like acceptable (5.99 to 6mm) and the rest more around 5.90 +/- .05mm... Nails have better tolerances.As supporting shelf, it should do the trick but not for the mechanic or machinist...
