Received broken product already returned by another customer. Their return info was still on the carton! So disappointed!! Returning item. I hope I get my money back. The only reason I have it a 1 staris because I actually received something.

this item came with a base that does not fit US boxes and on top of that it came with the wires cut inside. Useless junk. I returned it as soon as I opened. Packing was horrible too.
