shipped as expected but this product is not for long time wear because it hurts a bit. I wore it for the first day and probably never again.... maybe i have to get used to it but it is not too easy to move around in, kind of constricting. Still giving a 5 star because product is great but it is not for me.

when i first got this, i didnt know how to use it correctly. i read the instructions and it said that you need someone to help you adjust it the first time. reading instructions step by step, i found it to be very easy to adjust it all by myself. i made sure it was secure and it did help me stick with the right form to help correct my back issues. It states on the instructions not to wear it more than 3 hrs per day. I can totally see why, there tends to be soreness with extended use because your forcing your body with the correct posture when youve been slumped over all your life. i think over time this could help solve my back problems

I would give this 3 1/2 if possible, 3 stars seems unfair. It does really work in terms of posture correction and it's actually easier to use than I anticipated, though it does require some practice and flexibility. My only issue, and it's unfortunately a near dealbreaker, is the discomfort after just a few minutes of use. It really begins to dig and chafe under the front part of the armpit, where the pectoral muscle meets the deltoid. This occurs whether or not I wear it over a shirt. I'm trying to develop a work-around for this problem since I really want to be able to wear it for extended periods.

Too small to be utilitarian for my xxl husband. Works well if I help him get it on.
