Q: Can this device be used on an aircraft seat that does not have a little pillow headrest built in? will it go all the way around the back of a seat?

Right now it only works on seats with the headrest built in . All major airlines have these seats and even the smaller regional airlines are moving in that direction. We do have a longer strap available that will go around entire seatback but only as a prototype at this time. We could send you one of those for an additional 5.00 charge if you would like. Q: How does it work with over the ear headphones?

I haven't tried that myself, but have a good guess. If you put the headphones over the top of the Zzz Band, it should work fine. However, the headphone cups probably won't seal as good over the ear. If you want the headphones to go under the Zzz Band, then I'd say that won't work because there's not enough room between the band and your head. I would use in-ear headphones if you're trying to mask random noise on the plane. That combo with Zzz Band will work better than those bulky foam neck pillows. My 20 yr old son just flew to South Africa in the very back of a crowded 747 and he slept for 6 hrs straight using the Zzz Band. It really works good.

Q: Does the velcro connect in the front of the mask?

No, it connects in the back. I usually adjust prior to putting on the ZzzBand. Please see our video on YouTube for more detailed instruction. Search ZzzBand. Thanks for your question.

Q: Will this work at your desk?

During a break, if you have the right chair, it's possible. We used a high back office chair with a headrest that worked perfectly for demonstration. See our Facebook page pictures.
