Hi, yes the ones with the red cushion on the back, without the extra pads are the best. I bought both types and they are all comfortable and supportive. I did find that the ones with the extra pads, be it yellow or otherwise, are very noisy when walking!They sound like I'm walking in the snow! Its quite loud.The insoles without the pads, two tone, blue/ black or otherwise, don't make this sound while i walk. So these are the best in my option. Thanks

These insoles have helped greatly in reducing my pain and helping with my body alignment, although one thing that drives me nuts is how much hight it adds at the heel which can make trainers like converse or filas uncomfortable and cause the heel to rub against the shoe

Definitely makes a difference straight away. Slightly tight in the shoe but also depends which shoes. Best in my trainers

Bought to help with plantar faciitis. This most painful condition needs the affected heel(s) and arches to be supported. These insoles were a good fit (size 6) and support seemed to be in the right place for my foot. However, i find they are just a little too hard on the foot. I'm sure it's difficult to get the balance between good support and the comfort of a slightly softer build. I will try them in another pair of shoes where there is slightly more room inside, as obviously they take up space in the shoes which can lead to more pressure.

I’ve been wearing these a while now and they felt quite stiff against my feet at first but now I’m used to them they’re very comfortable and support my arch well, I was worried my arch was lowering but it seems a lot better now, only issue is they squeak a fair bit in my shoes sometimes. I was looking for something in lower price range that would offer the support i was looking for and felt these seemed good for the price and I am happy with my decision. The size was the perfect fit to my shoe too, I wear them in my vans.

These insoles provide good arch support & heel cushioning. I suffer with planter facsiitis & they give me the support I need. They do come up a little small though. I am a uk size 7 & had to return the first pair as they were a good cm too short in my shoes. The size 8 are better lengthwise in my size 7 shoes. I also find them a little narrow at the toes. There is a small gap, 1-2mm, either side of the toe box, which I can feel. I do have wide feet though, so this might not be a problem those with standard/narrow feet. Overall, these are a good set of insoles that I have been using for a few weeks. They are wearing well and I think they will last a long time.

Ma mère souffre depuis quelques mois d'épines calcanéennes, et ces semelles ont été le seul moyen efficace de soulager sa douleur. Grâce à ce dispositif, elle peut à nouveau marcher sans trop souffrir. Petit bémol, j'en ai acheté plusieurs à quelques semaines d'intervalle pour laisser dans plusieurs paires de chaussures, et le prix avait augmenté sensiblement entre les différentes commandes (de 24.99€ à 32.99€).Je trouve dommage aussi qu'il n'y ait pas de modèle plus sobre (beige ou noir), car avec le bleu elles sont trop visibles dans des chaussures ajourées.

Comprate per un problema di spina calcanea. Fatte molto bene hanno la parte dell’arco plantare in plastica rigida che supporta e aiuta durante la camminata e il cuscinetto assorbente nel tallone . Ottimo prodotto

Molto scarse a mio avviso struttura in plastica molto rigida troppo dura ne ho comprate di molto meglio
